About The Position

As a Pediatric Physical Therapy Resident at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will be a full-time teammate completing the Ivy Rehab Pediatric Residency Program. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients, with a treatment approach emphasizing personalized care and individualized plans. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Active PT licensure in the current state of practice, prior to the Residency start date.
Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.
Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency.
Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study.

Responsibilities

Complete all required didactic modules (300+ hours).
Complete all assessments, logs, and forms.
Pass all required quizzes.
Satisfactorily complete required presentations.
Complete optional case report abstract.
Complete Residency Special Project.
Complete 100 mentor hours.
Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during the residency year.
Attend and participate in all scheduled residency education events.
Satisfactorily achieve all resident core competencies.
Commit to taking the ABPTS Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS) exam at earliest eligibility.
Commit to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from the program.
