Requirements

  • Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy License
  • 2+ years of PT experience across a variety of pediatric settings
  • Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
  • A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
  • Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop PTs across a variety of pediatric settings
  • Serve as a clinical expert —problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
  • Deliver direct pediatric physical therapy services across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development
  • Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments
  • Be an exceptional role model for all team members
