Requirements

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy License
2+ years of PT experience across a variety of pediatric settings
Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset
Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop PTs across a variety of pediatric settings
Serve as a clinical expert —problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
Deliver direct pediatric physical therapy services across multiple environments
Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development
Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion
Facilitate collaboration between departments
Be an exceptional role model for all team members
