About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one overnight care for pediatric patients in a home setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships. Specific locations include Bridgeville, DE, and Lewes, DE, with available overnight shifts from 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Clients require varying levels of care, including a 3-month-old infant requiring Medsurg care and a 7-year-old requiring Trach/Vent care.
Requirements
- Current valid RN license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Trach/Vent care
- Experience with pediatric Medsurg care
- Experience with infants
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one overnight care for pediatric patients in a home setting.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
- Operate and manage medical equipment such as Trach/Vent.
- Perform electronic charting in Statewise.
- Collaborate with the clinical team for patient care.
