Pediatric/Orthodontic Dental Assistant
About The Position
We are a growing Pediatric Dental Practice looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with children and parents and must be able to show consistent work while maintaining a comforting environment for patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and energetic candidate who is comfortable with all phases of chair-side assisting, including chair-side assisting, taking x-rays, sterilization, operatory prep/clean, and following infectious control guidelines. This role requires the ability to transition between the pediatric and orthodontic teams within the same office.
Requirements
- MA Dental Assistant License
- Radiology Certificate
- CPR
- Experience in Pediatric and/or Orthodontic Dental Assisting
Responsibilities
- Chair-side assisting
- Taking x-rays

- Flowing from the pediatric to the orthodontic team
