About The Position

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a full-time Pediatric Oncology Physician to serve as Program Lead for a newly developed Cell Therapy & Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Program. The organization has received full institutional approval to pursue FACT accreditation to expand patient care to include cellular and gene therapies and autologous bone marrow transplantation. This is a mid-career physician role with a background in pediatric cellular therapies and bone marrow transplant, and a drive for programmatic development. The position is 1.0 FTE, with 0.4 FTE dedicated to the Program Lead role and the remaining 0.6 FTE for clinical care of oncology patients, with the disease focus dependent on candidate expertise. Children's Minnesota is a teaching hospital valuing academic inquiry and research, with robust involvement in Children's Oncology Group (COG) clinical trials.

Requirements

  • M.D., D.O. with a current Minnesota Medical License or the ability to obtain one
  • BC/BE in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
