About The Position

Therapitas has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is not required. Requirements

OTA degree from an accredited program
Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain
New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
Provide skilled intervention to support fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, ADL participation, delayed or restrictive feeding patterns, and overall functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant students.
