About The Position

Provide play-based occupational therapy to babies, toddlers, and preschoolers from birth through preschool age across Wyoming, Livingston, and Genesee counties. Services take place in homes, daycares, schools, and clinic space. The role emphasizes child-centered, relationship-driven care, individualized treatment planning, and collaboration with families and educators. The practice offers manageable caseloads, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and treatment materials. Pay is $40–$65 per hour, with mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist license.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; new occupational therapy graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children from birth through preschool age.
• Deliver play-based treatment in homes, daycares, schools, and clinic settings.
