About The Position

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a locally owned practice in Eugene serving clients from birth to 18 through play-based Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to do meaningful work in a place that takes scheduling flexibility and support seriously. You'll provide play-based Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, treatment, and family education, to help children and their families through challenges and come out stronger on the other side.

Requirements

• Ability to interview caregivers, assess the child, and develop a plan of care that meets medical necessity and the needs of the family.
• Sessions that start and end on time, with a clear plan going in
• Good time-management skills; pediatric caseloads move fast
• Clear communication with parents, clients, and colleagues
• Documentation turned in within required timeframes
• Current Oregon OT license
• Background check required prior to start date

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integration, or feeding difficulties is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering one-to-one treatment built around each child's Plan of Care, in partnership with their family
• Collaborating with the rest of the care team around each client
• Documenting evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and on time
• Following the rules and regulations that keep clients and the practice safe
• Showing up for families and teammates with care and effort
