About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in respective state
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet children's needs.
  • Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
  • Collaborate with fellow teammates, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
  • Engage in co-treatment when clinically appropriate.
  • Continue professional development by becoming a certified clinical instructor (CI) and mentoring at least 1 student per year (after 1+ years of experience).
