Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Oregon City clinic. This position qualifies for a Market Shortage, $3000 Sign on Bonus with a one year commitment!! We're a nonprofit pediatric clinic that has supported Oregon families for over 35 years. Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon OT License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, play-based therapy.
  • Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and a love for kids.
  • Comfort working in shared therapy spaces.
  • Willingness to learn clinic equipment and suspension systems.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • High professional accountability and ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21).
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team.
  • Offer home strategies and caregiver education to support skill development.
  • Stay on top of documentation—our systems help keep it manageable.
  • Conduct evaluations for clients ages 0–21.
  • Implement treatment plans with creativity and clinical skill.
  • Complete timely documentation meeting all insurance and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with care team members.
  • Provide resources, guidance, and compassionate support to families.
