About The Position
Alphanumeric is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to work in Lumberton, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy. The work is purposeful, the schedule is flexible, and professional development is fully supported. The role offers flexible start and end times (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM), traditional 5-day schedules, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule options. Part-time opportunities are available with the ability to grow into full-time, and flexible compensation models are available.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, developmental, and functional challenges
- Complete re-evaluations and update plans of care as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable
- Educate families on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
