About The Position
South Shore Therapies (SST) is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our Saturday team and support children in reaching their full potential. We are an outpatient sensory-integration practice providing high-quality services in our state-of-the-art facilities as well as directly in our clients' homes, schools and communities. As an SST employee, you'll be part of a supportive team that values connection, professional growth, and family-centered practice. Together, we work hard to create an inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming atmosphere for our clients and their families.
Requirements
- A licensed, board-certified Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of relevant pediatric experience required
- Ability to commute to Norwood, MA 02062 (Required)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct interventions tailored to each child’s strengths
- Collaborate with families to develop meaningful treatment plans and provide education on strategies they can incorporate into their daily routines
- Maintain clinical documentation, including daily treatment notes, quarterly progress reports, and annual re-evaluations
