Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
  • Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
  • Adaptable, growth-minded, and excited about innovation in healthcare

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children.
  • Collaborate with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy on-site.
  • Access direct support from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities.
  • Engage in quarterly community service initiatives.
