About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Active, unrestricted, or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state (Virginia).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a float, multi-site, or coverage based clinical role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to pediatric patients.
  • Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and receive mentorship.
  • Maintain autonomy and growth specific to clinician's passions and expertise.
  • Provide clinical support across multiple locations to support patient demand and staffing requirements.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
