About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its pediatric team in Pennsylvania. The clinician works with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can apply skills and home exercises in the child’s daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, clinical resources, and autonomy to support clinicians’ growth and areas of expertise. Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services, with a culture focused on authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, teamwork, and exceptional patient care. The position is PRN.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
