Pediatric Occupational Therapist
About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible OT license
Responsibilities
- Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
- Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
- Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
- Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
