About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients ranging from infants to young adults (ages 0–18) in Commerce City, CO. The role involves delivering one-on-one care focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, and overall independence within the child’s natural environment. Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
- NBCOT Certification
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions
- Educate and support families to encourage carryover at home
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other clinicians and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team
