About The Position

Theracare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment and is available for afternoon and evening hours. Our outpatient pediatric clinics are dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to grow, communicate, and thrive. Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Indiana OT license (or eligible)
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and families

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence and participation in daily activities
Utilize creative, play-based therapy techniques to engage children and promote skill development
Provide family and caregiver education to support carryover of skills outside the clinic
Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
