About The Position

This is a fully-remote 1099 independent contractor position with the potential to grow into a full-time caseload. The minimum caseload is 10 hours per week, but therapists can choose the number of clients they serve. The company's mission is to unlock the unique potential of each child through family-centered and ultra-convenient pediatric therapy, delivered via a telehealth model to families throughout Georgia. The company was inspired by the founders' experience growing up with a sister with Down syndrome, aiming to ensure every child has a dedicated team of therapists and caregivers.

Requirements

• AOTA Certification and valid state licensure for practice in Georgia.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• A passion for pediatric occupational therapy, particularly with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong commitment to a family-centered therapy approach.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective telehealth delivery and family engagement.
• One year of pediatric experience.
• One year of telehealth experience.

• Ability to provide services to Spanish-speaking families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality telehealth occupational therapy to pediatric clients.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding of therapy goals and progress in both English and Spanish.
• Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and a commitment to our mission and principles.
