About The Position
T & K Pediatric Services is growing its pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota, and is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills. This role offers an opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric clinic with supported therapists, flexible schedules, and a focus on patient care. The team works collaboratively across occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and behavioral health services to provide individualized care for children and families.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- North Dakota OT license or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and families
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but mentorship available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support fine motor development, sensory integration, coordination, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Help create a positive and encouraging therapy environment for children
