About The Position

As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the support needed and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals. Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
  • Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children from birth through age three and their families.
  • Utilize a coaching model to empower parents with support and techniques for their child's success.
  • Deliver services in the child's natural setting (home, daycare, or community).
  • Conduct evaluations for early intervention services.
