Pediatric Nursing (RN or RPN)
About The Position
This is a community nursing role in Muskoka where a Registered Nurse (RN) will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. The role involves working with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs, playing a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. New graduates are welcome and will receive training from the Sick Kids Association. A $3500 signing bonus is offered for full-time positions, and part-time positions are also available. The company emphasizes mentorship, flexibility, and real-time support, ensuring nurses are never alone.
Requirements
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- Reliability and flexibility

Responsibilities
- Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs
- Executing and continuously monitoring care plans
- Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
- Maintaining and updating professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
- Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
