About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and autonomous Clinical Nurse to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care. In this role, you will perform complex nursing procedures, tailor interventions to specific clinical conditions, and provide compassionate, family-centered care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active, current, full, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. State, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory.
• BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) - Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment
• ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association) - Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment
• PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association) - Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment

Nice To Haves

• P-CAR: Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation - Required Within 6 Months of Hire
• NIHSS: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certification - Required Within 6 Months of Hire

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nursing interventions and treatments based on physician orders, standards of care, and established clinical guidelines.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and professional expertise to prioritize tasks and complete assignments independently.
• Provide clinical, emotional, and educational support to individuals of all age groups and their families throughout the care continuum.
