About The Position
eKidzCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. This role offers a supportive environment with clear expectations and flexible scheduling, allowing nurses to make a difference in children's lives without the stress of unrealistic demands. The company emphasizes honesty, simplicity, and support, welcoming nurses new to home health and providing necessary training and resources.
Requirements
- Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)-ONLINE not accepted without the hands-on portion completed
- FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (one-year shelf life) (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
- Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (one year shelf life), Chest X-ray (6 month shelf life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire) (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or must be willing to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care
- Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care.
- Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
