About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses (LPN or RN) to join our growing team in York, PA. We have day and night shift opportunities, with part-time and PRN (as needed) options available. This role involves one-on-one private duty care for a pediatric client in Shrewsbury who enjoys play, music, and adventure. We are looking for nurses who can make a difference in a child's life and potentially share a love for artists like Taylor Swift. This position is eligible for a $1200 sign-on bonus for those committing to two night shifts per week. BAYADA is dedicated to providing excellent home care, prioritizing client well-being in their preferred environment. We offer extensive paid training, including simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support to ensure our nurses are well-prepared and confident.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Must be located in Pennsylvania
• MAR-CRMA (Medication Administration Registered - Certified Registered Medication Aide)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty care to a pediatric client.
• Engage with the client in play, music, and adventure.
• Deliver care in the client's home.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Adapt care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
