About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses (LPN or RN) to join their growing team in York, PA. They have day and night shift opportunities available, with part-time and PRN options. This role involves providing one-on-one care to pediatric clients in their homes. BAYADA emphasizes a culture of care, offering flexible scheduling, paid training, and around-the-clock clinical support. They serve clients of all ages and diagnoses, preparing nurses for success through simulation labs and comprehensive training.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Must be located in Pennsylvania
• MAR-CPA

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in their homes.
• Deliver evening care for an 8-month-old infant Monday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Provide overnight care for a 6-year-old client Thursday through Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Utilize electronic charting using Statewise.
• Participate in paid training sessions in the office, home, and online.
• Practice with adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
