About The Position
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) interested in providing home care for pediatric clients in Sandy, UT. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience
- Experience with vents and trachs required
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- Current CPR and ACLS Certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful care to clients based on individualized Plan of Care
- Conduct in-home assessments
- Monitor and track changes in clients’ conditions and needs, keeping the Director of Nursing and appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively update clients’ families regarding care plans, health changes, and concerns
