About The Position
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an opening with a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, New York. The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and consultation with healthcare professionals and families. The position is offered as full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Must have an active New York State license.
- Must be board certified.
- Must have experience in the specialty.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and observe patients.
- Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms.
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment.
- Diagnose health issues.
- Administer medicine and other treatments.
- Detect changes in patients’ health and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
- Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
