About The Position
We’re hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Casa Grande, Arizona who wants work-life balance, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term career stability in a mission-driven outpatient setting. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on caring for pediatric patients in a collaborative environment with strong clinical and administrative support. You’ll have the flexibility of either a 4-day or 5-day schedule with built-in administrative time and no weekends.
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Enjoy continuity-based outpatient pediatric care
- Value work-life balance and structured scheduling
- Comfortable working within a collaborative care team
- Family Nurse Practitioners with 5+ years of pediatric experience will also be considered
