Penobscot Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Associate to join their thriving team in Bangor, Maine. This role is part of a collaborative, team-based care model focused on providing whole-person care and expanding access to vital pediatric services. The position offers a 4-day work week and dedicated administrative time, allowing for a strong work-life balance. Requirements

2+ years of clinical experience.
Experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Associate.
Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, relationship-driven care to children and families.
Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, registered nurses, behavioral health therapists, pediatricians, and specialty providers.
Support the full spectrum of patient needs, including primary care, medication management, care coordination, and clinical support.
Focus on delivering high-quality care within an integrated care model.
Participate in preventive and routine pediatric care, developmental screenings, well-child visits, immunizations, and physicals.
Provide integrated behavioral health and family services.
Facilitate access to speech and audiology services.
