Exciting opportunity for an APRN to work with our neonatology practice in Fort Worth. Our team includes in-house neonatologists and affiliated professionals, such as neonatal nurse practitioners, developmental pediatricians, cardiologists, MFMs, and pediatric surgeons. Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Position accepts following certifications: NNP, PNP, PNP-AC. Unable to consider FNPs for this position
Responsibilities
- Provide daily in-house coverage, no call requirements
- Responsibilities include daily rounding, patient assessments, developing and managing plan of care for low-acuity infants and newborns in the NICU setting
- Neonatologist assistance/backup is provided as needed and in all high-risk situations
- Opportunity to participate in education and quality improvement initiatives
