About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with pediatric trach and vent experience to join their High Acuity Pediatric Team. This role involves caring for new clients transitioning from hospital to home in Camden County and covering critical STAT openings on weekends. The position offers opportunities to care for complex pediatric cases managed by CHOP multidisciplinary specialties, with specialized training, 24/7 clinical support, and premium pay for STAT shifts. The role emphasizes one-to-one client care, building client relationships, and observing patient milestones.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Pediatric trach and vent experience

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
