About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Pediatric Nurse (LPN/RN) with Trach experience for private duty home care. We offer one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment. We are committed to providing excellent care in the home, the place clients most want to be. We prepare our nurses for success with paid training, simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support. We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Pediatric Trach experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in their homes.
• Administer nursing care according to physician's orders and care plan.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Adapt to various client needs and acuity levels.
