Emory University is seeking a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to oversee and develop neurofunctional assessments, including neuropsychological and psychological batteries. The role involves translating assessment findings into therapeutic approaches for transdisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams, supervising students/residents, and counseling families on neuropathology and neuropsychological deficits. The position also assists in coordinating a clinical database, promoting research, and developing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The neuropsychologist will maintain high safety standards and collaborate with parents, caretakers, and other professionals to meet patient and family needs. This specific role focuses on Outpatient Generalist and Complex Epilepsy, conducting outpatient evaluations and supporting the epilepsy team, primarily at the Scottish Rite campus. Experience with epilepsy-specific assessments and procedures is highly desired. Opportunities for consultative services in outpatient medical clinics and collaborative research are available.
