About The Position

The Respiratory Technician shall perform duties involved with the treatment, management control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and/or abnormalities within the Pulmonary system. This individual shall work with the Respiratory team, Physicians, and other staff to progress patient care and provide patient education. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active ASBRT LRT required.
• BLS required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to successfully complete work within rigid time constraints.
• Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Other certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required depending upon assigned area.
