About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join a dynamic, community based pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families throughout the Puget Sound region. Our team is committed to providing high quality, individualized services in a supportive, collaborative, and engaging environment. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and their families while working alongside professionals from multiple disciplines. The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health services to children ages 0 to 18, including individual and group therapy and co treatment with other disciplines. You will work with a diverse caseload and use a variety of treatment approaches to support each child's unique needs.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field with equivalent coursework from an approved program
• Completion of all required supervised clinical experience
• Active Washington State license or credential as applicable, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW
• Active credentialing with Washington State third party payers
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and group mental health therapy
• Participating in co treatment with other disciplines
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs
• Providing parent education and support
• Developing and managing home programs
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress
• Participating in team meetings and case discussions
• Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
• Completing required clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities
• Contributing to program development and continuous improvement
