About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This role involves providing initial diagnostic evaluations, determining the need for treatment, and planning and delivering mental health treatment services to patients in individual, family, or group settings. The position is eligible to participate in Third Party Billing and requires documentation in accordance with current policy and care delivery setting requirements.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
Hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Responsibilities

Provides initial diagnostic evaluation and makes determination for the need for treatment
Responsible for the planning and provision of mental health treatment services to patients in an individual, family, or group setting
Eligible to participate in Third Party Billing
Completes documentation in accordance with current policy and requirement for care delivery setting
