About The Position

Kids Watch is a bright, modern pediatric center that blends primary care and urgent care—open daily to support families when they need us most. Our team is passionate about children’s health and committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every family. We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who loves working with kids and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. KidsWatch Pediatrics is a modern pediatric practice focused on making care more accessible, responsive, and family centered. We bring together primary care, same day sick visits, and telemedicine into one cohesive model, with hours designed around how families actually live. We were built on a simple idea. Parents should not have to wait days for care or choose between convenience and quality. Whether it is a newborn visit, a same day illness, or a late evening concern, our team is here when families need us most. Our providers deliver comprehensive, evidence based care across all stages of childhood. With on site capabilities such as labs, imaging, and procedures, we are able to provide efficient care without unnecessary delays or referrals. We serve a diverse Northern Virginia community and are committed to culturally aware, patient centered care. Building trust with families from different backgrounds is central to how we practice. KidsWatch is designed to be different. It is a place where access, continuity, and clinical excellence come together to create a better experience for both families and the clinicians who care for them.
