Pediatric Medical Assistant/Receptionist (Full Time)
About The Position
Tribeca Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Medical Assistant/Receptionist for a full-time position. Our Medical Assistants provide direct patient care to children in a clinical setting, working alongside our pediatricians to deliver high-quality service and care. This role involves a combination of clinical duties and front desk responsibilities, requiring a friendly, supportive, and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will be adept at patient intake, charting, performing in-office tests, assisting with vaccine administration, scheduling appointments, and managing front desk operations. Adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety policies is essential.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Flexible scheduling availability
- Proof of immunity/vaccination required for Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, and MMR

Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, supportive, and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues
- Patient intake, charting, and documentation in our electronic medical records system
- Measure vitals, perform in-office tests and surveys, send out labs
- Assist with vaccine administrations
- Schedule appointments
- Welcome patients, take on front desk responsibilities
- Maintain vaccine and supply inventories
- Adhere to practice policies around HIPAA compliance and staff and patient safety
