Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of patients and families.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer formula feeding through a G-Tube machine as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor the amount of times the child is experiencing acid reflux.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
