About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. We have immediate openings for a Wednesday day shift, every Saturday overnight, and some Sunday overnight shifts. Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
