About The Position
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 1-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Heath, Ohio. If you enjoy pediatric nursing and have strong clinical skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for a child and their family.
Requirements
- Active Ohio LPN license required
- G-tube experience required
- Medication administration experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and attention to detail
- Professional and dependable
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Applicants should be comfortable working around pets
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one pediatric nursing care
- Perform G-tube care
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the family and clinical team
