About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide 1:1 private-duty nursing care to a pediatric client in Monroe Township, NJ. We are looking for a dependable nurse with pediatric experience who is ready to join our team and provide attentive, personalized care to a medically complex pediatric client. Candidates available to complete onboarding promptly are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN or RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Current physical and required health documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Feeding tube/GJ-tube experience preferred
- Experience with medically complex pediatric clients preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care
- Assist with feeding tube care and seizure monitoring
- Support respiratory needs and activities of daily living
- Monitor the client’s condition and report changes as needed
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
