About The Position
Our Tucson Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing one-on-one care to pediatric clients in their homes, focusing on compassion, excellence, and reliability. Schedules are flexible, offering 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including day, second, and overnight options. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive, team-focused culture with hands-on support and open communication, ensuring nurses feel valued. The position offers autonomy to create a personal schedule while making a significant impact on clients' lives and their milestones.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
