Compassionate Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) - North County San Diego Float
About The Position
This role involves providing compassionate pediatric licensed vocational nursing care in North County San Diego. The LVN will perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include observing and reporting patient symptoms, performing selected skilled actions for curative, rehabilitative, or preventative care, and providing one-on-one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with g-tubes. The position also requires participation in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums.
Requirements
- Must have a current CA - LVN license
- Must have current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must have ability to obtain base pass with Real ID or US Passport

Responsibilities
- Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse if LVN.
- Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes.
- Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
- Provide one to one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with g-tube.
- Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums.
