About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in the South Shore. This role involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. The ideal candidate has experience working with diverse age groups, utilizes empirically supported treatments, is comfortable in a primary care setting, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within primary care teams, working with pediatric patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting screens for depression and anxiety, consulting with medical professionals, and utilizing evidence-based therapies like CBT and motivational interviewing. This position is well-suited for clinicians who enjoy a quick pace, think critically, and value interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

  • Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).

Responsibilities
