About The Position
At Castor Home Health Solutions, nursing feels like nursing again. We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 overnight pediatric care for an older child in the comfort of their home. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships, providing consistent care, and making a difference with one patient at a time. Our nurses are supported from day one with paid hands-on training, strong clinical support, and simple real-time charting with a laptop in the home.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable nurse
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and provide treatments
- Support the patient and family through compassionate care
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
- Provide safe, attentive overnight care
