Pediatric Hospitalist, PD, Morristown Medical Center
About The Position
Atlantic Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join a growing team at Goryeb Children’s Hospital at Morristown Medical Center and Hersh Children’s Center at Overlook Medical Center. This is a per diem opportunity focused on the care of hospitalized infants, children, and adolescents, excluding PICU or delivery room coverage. Responsibilities include providing coverage for pediatric inpatient units and rounding on well newborns in the nurseries of both Morristown and Overlook Medical Centers. The role is within an academic program with an accredited pediatric residency program and serves as a primary teaching site for medical students. Opportunities exist for leadership roles, quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and protocol/curriculum development.
Requirements
- Board certified/board eligible Pediatric Hospitalist
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
