About The Position

Family First Homecare is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for urgent pediatric and young adult home care cases across Pasco County, including Hudson, Land O’ Lakes, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Holiday, Dade City, Trinity, Odessa, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. High need for trach/vent nurses. Day, night, and weekend shifts available. High Acuity (Trach/Vent/Complex Care) cases are available in Hudson and Land O’ Lakes. Moderate Acuity (G-tube/Seizures/Oxygen/Mobility) cases are also available, with additional cases coming soon. Family First Homecare (FFHC) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care to pediatric patients. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services, adhering strictly to Family First Homecare policies, state Nurse Practice Acts, and all applicable State and Federal regulations. Requirements

  • Active Florida RN or LPN license
  • Pediatric or home care experience preferred
  • Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
  • Reliable, consistent, and patient-focused
