Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification (we can help)
- Compassionate, dependable nurses
- New grads encouraged to apply

- No pediatric home care experience? We provide training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments
- Support patients and families through compassionate care
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
